Alistair has been involved in ministry for over 30 years including church planting director for Kensington Temple as well as evangelism and church planting coordinator for Elim. For the last 17 years he has been working as a coach/mentor alongside ministers . Alistair is married to Delphine, has 6 adult children and one very cute grandson. He is loving God and loving life.
Iain Hesketh

Iain is relentlessly focused on helping people discover who Jesus has created them to be and casts a vision for a life wholeheartedly devoted to being on mission with Jesus, everywhere we go. Iain lives in Stratford upon Avon with his wife Rachel and two children. He co-leads Oasis Community Church with John, having previously served as International Mission Director, Elim UK; Senior Pastor of Encounter Church, Selly Oak; and West Bromwich Community Church.
John Martin

John is enjoying life most when he is creatively inspiring and encouraging people to worship Jesus in all of life, through what he says, plays and portrays. John lives in Stratford on Avon with his two children. Having led worship and creative teams he now co-leads Oasis Community Church with Iain. He loves a good movie, a good book and exploring what it means to practically apply a life of following Jesus, not just talking or thinking about it.
Sarah Whittleston

Sarah was born in Wales and became a follower of Jesus at 13. After university she spent four and a half years working in youth and evangelism. She was on team at Gloucester Elim and currently at Elim Life Church, North Birmingham. Sarah leads ELIM Prayer, Elim’s national ministry for prayer. She loves to inspire people to live from a life of prayer, with a heart for developing leaders and equipping the church. She believes that anything is possible when we hear the voice of God and say yes! Sarah also serves on the Leadership Planning Group for Spring Harvest. Sarah loves all things Jesus, all things chocolate, all things adventure and all things spiritual formation!
